Operational Excellence (OE) is a philosophy, teamwork and problem solving resulting in continuous improvement throughout the organization by focusing on the needs of the customer, empowering employees and optimizing existing activities in the process. Implementation of OE for UiTM has become a core mission. Due to that, InQKA has organized three series of OE workshop aimed to achieve the objectives that have been set.

The focus participants for this workshop were the Head of Quality Unit, Quality Trainer and Excellence Team Members of Responsibility Centers (PTJ) in UiTM. Participants were welcomed by Associate Professor Dr Roslina Abd Wahid, Director of Quality System and Operational Excellence The workshop was delivered by En Mohammad Nazri Abd Rani from Total Organisation Management Consulting (M) Sdn. Bhd.

This workshop benefited the participants through effective and attractive approach of consistency management process across a complex organization, long term value creation, improved responsiveness and productivity, lower cost as well as reduced errors or defects.
