The academic programme assessment workshop is an important activity in the quality assurance process in UiTM.  The programme academic documents were assessed in compliance with COPPA guidelines to reflect the current quality assurance implementation and development of programmes by the faculties and campuses. The review process was conducted through extensive consultation with the qualified internal and external panels, which resulted in the evaluation of seven areas. The seven areas are: i. Programme Development and Delivery; ii. Assessment of Student Learning; iii. Student Selection and Support Services; iv. Academic Staff; v. Educational Resources; vi. Programme Management; and vii. Programme Monitoring, Review and Continual Quality Improvement. Five Provisional Accreditation Programmes and thirteen Full Accreditation Programmes were assessed.

 

31 July 2019 - 2 Ogust 2019

Institute of Quality and Knowledge Advancement (InQKA) has organized a two-day Workshop Documentation and Compilation for Reports of Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif from 31 July to 02 August 2019. Participants were welcomed by YBhg. Prof. Dr. Hajah Roziah Mohd Janor, InQKA Assistant Vice Chancellor.

Throughout the workshop, the writings from Kumpulan Kreatif dan Inovatif (KIK), which includes the Introduction of KIK UiTM 3.0, Quality Control Story and Reports as well as Design Thinking Reports were successfully revised and edited by all panels. Having worked hard and working hard, this workshop has been successfully implemented and achieved the objectives set.

 

8 Julai 2019

8 July 2019 – InQKA UiTM has visited Centre for Quality and Risk Management (QRiM), UTM to benchmark UTM’s achievement in university excellence as well as numerous World University ranking.  The objective of the visit was to share the standards and performance on how to improve University’s quality outcomes, processes and practices. It was also aimed to improve decision-making through referencing comparative data of bringing external focus to InQKA’s internal activities and adapting good practice examples from QRiM. 14 delegates from InQKA were present led by Assistant Vice Chancellor InQKA, YBhg. Professor Dr Hajah Roziah Mohd Janor.

Institute of Quality and Knowledge Adancement (InQKA) had organized the Celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2019. The ceremony took place with joy as it involved all staffs, UiTM’s Top Management, Ketua Unit Kualiti (KUK), Ranking Champions and Associate Researchers. Prior to the event, InQKA also had gotong royong activities to decorate the place. All staffs were reaching out and working hard to prepare for the day as well as strengthening fellowship and break the gap among each other. With the help from everyone, this program is definitely being able to undertaken successfully.
