Electonic InQKA Questionnaire (e-IQ) is an online system, developed to replace the manual way of distributing and collecting AKNC survey. It is now open (starting from 19 Mac to 19 November 2012) for 2012 AKNC assessment. Please visit http://e-iq.uitm.edu.my/ to participate.

A series of SePADU and PeeRs(User Acceptance Test) workshops for campuses were successfully conducted as scheduled. The campuses were grouped into 4 zones : North, South, East Coast, and Sabah & Sarawak. The participants being very dynamic and hardworking,contributed to the success of the workshops. During the workshops, participants were trained to log their internal audit findings and give feedback on self review reporting process in SePADU and PeeRS (UAT) respectively. Participants are expected to train other auditors at their respective units and subsequently complete their audit  reports using SePADU. InQKA will continuously monitor PTJ’s  quality management system (QMS) via SePADU besides the normal audit procedure.

The cycle for External Review (ER)  visits to 12 UiTM campuses completed on 15 June 2011with Malacca campus. The ER team led by Professor Dr Hazman Shah Abdullah and all InQKA heads focused on the three areas of COPIA (Area 2 :  Curriculum Design & Delivery, Area 3 : Assessment of Students and Area 7 : Programme Monitoring and Review) . In consultation with the Campus  management team, staff and students, it can be affirmed/concluded  that every campus has its own strengths and areas of concern  all of which which were highlighted in the ER report. Suggestions were also made to further enhance the quality of those areas being audited. The ER team would like to thank all the Campuses for  their cooperation, great hospitality and warm welcome. We know that we can never adequately express our appreciation.
