The Unit of Quality Management, Innovation, and Operational Excellence (PKIKO) is responsible for implementing activities and processes to maintain standards and enhance quality across UiTM. The unit focuses on key areas such as the Vice Chancellor's Quality Award (AKNC), Innovative and Creative Groups (KIK), Operational Excellence (OE), Internal Audits, and the Integrated Quality Management System (iQMS). The team consists of a Director, Head, Coordinator, Assistant Registrar, and Executive Officer.
